De organisatie ondersteunt klanten met efficiënte processen, kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening en een sterke administratieve opvolging. Om de verdere groei van het team te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige administratieve professional die zich comfortabel voelt in een internationale context.

Jobomschrijving

  • Verwerken en beheren van administratieve dossiers en contractgegevens.
  • Onderhouden en actualiseren van leveranciers- en klantinformatie.
  • Opvolgen van aanvragen, documentatie en interne administratieve processen.
  • Ondersteunen van verschillende interne afdelingen bij administratieve vragen.
  • Communiceren met interne en externe contacten in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve, customer service- of backofficefunctie.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig binnen vastgelegde procedures.
