Ben jij administratief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en krijg je energie van structuur, correcte cijfers en een vlotte samenwerking binnen een team? Dan is deze functie als Administratief Coördinator Facturatie misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie zoeken we iemand die actief meewerkt aan de dagelijkse facturatie, maar daarnaast ook een coördinerende rol opneemt binnen een klein team van twee collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct worden ingevoerd, controles nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd en de facturatieprocessen vlot en tijdig verlopen.

Op termijn krijg je bovendien de kans om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties. Je brengt knelpunten in kaart, stelt verbeteringen voor en helpt om administratieve processen efficiënter en overzichtelijker te maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief meewerken aan de dagelijkse facturatie en administratieve verwerking
  • Gegevens correct invoeren in de daarvoor voorziene systemen
  • Facturatiegegevens, documenten en registraties nauwkeurig controleren
  • Afwijkingen, fouten of ontbrekende informatie opsporen en opvolgen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige verwerking van facturatiegegevens
  • De dagelijkse werking van een klein team van twee collega's coördineren
  • De werkverdeling en prioriteiten mee bewaken
  • Het overzicht bewaren over lopende taken en deadlines
  • Rust en structuur brengen tijdens drukke momenten
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om informatie tijdig en correct te verzamelen
  • Knelpunten in de huidige werking signaleren
  • Op termijn verbeterprojecten mee organiseren en administratieve processen optimaliseren
