Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alles van aanvraag tot bestelling goed geregeld is. Je maakt offertes, verwerkt orders, houdt wijzigingen bij en zorgt dat alles netjes wordt afgehandeld. Je hebt veel contact met rederijen en offshorebedrijven en geen dag is hetzelfde. Dankzij jouw ervaring houd je het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Functievereisten Je komt terecht in een gezellig en hecht team waar de sfeer informeel is en collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan. Onze opdrachtgever zoekt iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, graag meedenkt en handig is met de computer. Ervaring met Exact Online is mooi meegenomen, maar belangrijker vinden we dat je gemotiveerd bent, nauwkeurig werkt en zaken snel oppakt.
