Wat mag je verwachten als administratief en logistiek medewerker?

  • Opvolgen van administratieve processen rond aankoop en verkoop
  • Communicatie met klanten en leveranciers

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de administratie draait als een geoliede machine. Je werkt nauw samen met het team op kantoor.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar boten aanmeren, grondstoffen dagelijks bewegen, en processen elke dag slimmer worden. Een plek waar je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, maar ook veel waardering. Als administratief en logistiek medewerker vragen wij:

  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer
  • Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en houdt van verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht in een breed takenpakket
  • Je kan goed overweg met Excel, ERP-ervaring is een plus
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Frans
  • Je start je werkdag om 7u, waardoor je vroeger thuis bent!
