Beheer winkelcontracten & verdien tot € 3.932,-. Wat ga je doen? Heb jij een goed gevoel voor cijfers en zoek je een fijne kantoorbaan in de vastgoedwereld? Voor onze locatie in Soesterberg zoeken we een nauwkeurige administratief financieel medewerker voor 24 uur per week. Je start met een tijdelijk contract van 3 maanden, maar bij een goede klik is er een grote kans dat je langer kunt blijven! In deze baan houd jij je bezig met alle administratie rondom honderden winkelpanden. Je verwerkt de huurcontracten, controleert of de maandelijkse huurbetalingen binnenkomen en verwerkt de jaarlijkse huurverhogingen. Ook heb je regelmatig contact met verhuurders en collega's in België en Italië. Dankzij jouw handigheid met Excel staat alles strak in het systeem. Je komt terecht in een fijn team waar je makkelijk thuis en op kantoor kunt afwisselen! Jouw taken als administratief financieel medewerker : Je controleert dagelijks of de huur en servicekosten van de winkels netjes zijn betaald. Je voert nieuwe huurcontracten in het systeem in, zet jaarlijkse prijsaanpassingen klaar en maakt duidelijke overzichten. Verder beantwoord je vragen van verhuurders per mail of telefoon en zorg je dat alle documenten netjes gearchiveerd worden. Wat wij bieden - Een mooi maandsalaris tussen € 2.752,- en € 3.932,- bruto (op basis van 38 uur); - Een tijdelijke baan voor 24 uur per week met uitzicht op verlenging; - Hybride werken: een fijne combinatie van thuiswerken en werken op het mooie kantoor in Soesterberg; - Een laptop van de zaak, thuiswerkvergoeding en vergoeding voor je reiskosten.
