Jobomschrijving

Als Operationeel Support Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke flow van eventmateriaal en de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging in Beveren vlot verlopen. Je combineert stockbeheer en administratie met praktische ondersteuning en bent een aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende operationele vragen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je volgt bestellingen, stockbewegingen, verzendingen en retouren van eventmateriaal op.
  • Je controleert beschadigd materiaal en coördineert eventuele herstellingen.
  • Je verwerkt stockgegevens en verplaatsingen correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je volgt kleine defecten en herstellingen in het gebouw op en stemt indien nodig af met leveranciers.
  • Je waakt over een correcte afvalsortering en onderhoudt contact met de afvalverwerker.
  • Je verzamelt maandelijks de nodige kostengegevens ter voorbereiding van de klantenfacturatie.
  • Je ondersteunt de transportplanning bij afwezigheid van de vaste transportmedewerker, onder andere door transporten te boeken en op te volgen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met logistieke administratie en bent bereid om een nieuw ERP-systeem aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor orde en detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot en constructief, werkt graag samen en helpt collega’s met plezier verder.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel, waaronder formules en je kan werken met draaitabellen. Je leert vlot nieuwe softwarepakketten aan en staat open voor opleidingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig. Ook bij onverwachte situaties of lastminutewijzigingen behoud je het overzicht en schakel je snel.
