Ben jij iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt, nauwkeurig te werk gaat en vlot overweg kan met administratieve taken? Heb je ervaring met stockbeheer, ERP-systemen en internationale verzenddocumenten? Of ben je administratief sterk en heb je een sterke interesse in logistiek? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze vestiging zoeken we een deeltijdse administratief magazijnier die magazijnwerk combineert met een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct worden ontvangen, verwerkt en verzonden, en staat in voor de administratieve afhandeling van nationale en internationale zendingen. Een goede kennis van het Engels is hierbij belangrijk, aangezien je regelmatig werkt met internationale verzenddocumenten.

Je werkt 20 uur per week, verspreid over 5 werkdagen van ongeveer 4 uur per dag. Deze uren zijn flexibel in te plannen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Ontvangen, controleren en verwerken van inkomende goederen
  • Klaarmaken en verzenden van uitgaande zendingen
  • Opstellen en verwerken van internationale verzenddocumenten
  • Correcte registratie van goederen en bewegingen in het ERP-systeem
  • Uitvoeren van stocktellingen en opvolgen van voorraadniveaus
  • Administratieve verwerking van logistieke documenten
  • Orde en overzicht bewaren in het magazijn
  • Zelfstandig opvolgen van dagelijkse magazijntaken
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent vlot met pc-toepassingen en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, logistieke administratie of stockbeheer is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
