The posting

Conservatorium SLAC zoekt een administratief medewerker om het secretariaat tijdelijk te versterken. Het gaat om een betrekking van 27 uur per week, voorlopig tot en met 31 december, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.

Als administratief medewerker maak je deel uit van het secretariaatsteam en ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van onze school. Je krijgt een breed en gevarieerd takenpakket en wordt flexibel ingezet waar de noden op dat moment het grootst zijn. Naast het algemene secretariaatswerk ondersteun je ook de vele evenementen en producties die Conservatorium SLAC organiseert.

Je kan snel schakelen en bewaart het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten. Je gaat vriendelijk, rustig en oplossingsgericht om met cursisten, ouders, leerkrachten, collega’s en externe partners. Je bent digitaal vaardig, communiceert helder, vlot en correct.

Ervaring in het onderwijs en/ of met onderwijsadministratie is een troef.
