The posting

Het Wit-Gele Kruis kenmerkt zich in het straatbeeld door de talloze witte autootjes. Alleen al in Limburg rijden er meer dan 1.500 voertuigen rond. Achter deze vloot schuilt een dynamische dienst mobiliteit die voortdurend in beweging is.

Om onze dienstverlening verder te professionaliseren en optimaliseren, versterken we ons team met een administratief medewerker beleids- en projectondersteuning.

Mobiliteit is vandaag veel meer dan het beheren van wagens. Elektrificatie van de vloot, lease, Car Policy, budget- en middelenbeheer, aanbestedingen, veiligheid, alternatieve vervoersvormen, mobiliteitsbudget, parkeerbeleid, voorbereidingen verhuis naar Hasselt en data-analyses zijn maar enkele van de thema’s waarmee onze dienst aan de slag gaat.

Je takenpakket

In deze functie neem je een tactische rol op binnen de dienst mobiliteit. Je vormt de schakel tussen het diensthoofd en de uitvoerende administratief medewerkers en ondersteunt mee de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van de dienst.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Beleidsondersteuning: je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van beleidsplannen, jaarplannen, begrotingen en meerjarenplanningen.
  • Data en rapportering: je verzamelt en analyseert financiële en operationele gegevens en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke rapporteringen, analyses en adviezen.
  • Budget- en middelenbeheer: je volgt budgetten, facturatie en de optimale inzet van de vloot en andere middelen mee op.
  • Wagenparkbeheer: je coördineert mee de planning van voertuigen, wagenwissels, verkoop van voertuigen en de implementatie van nieuwe voertuigen.
  • Car Policy: je bewaakt de toepassing van de Car Policies en ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij specifieke cases.
  • Projecten en aanbestedingen: je werkt mee aan nieuwe projecten, aanbestedingsdossiers en de implementatie en opvolging van nieuwe leveranciers en samenwerkingen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: je detecteert verbeterkansen en werkt flows, procedures en voorstellen uit om de werking van de dienst te optimaliseren.
  • Overleg en communicatie: je organiseert en ondersteunt operationeel overleg, neemt deel aan interne en externe overlegmomenten en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming.
  • Ondersteuning van de werking: je bewaakt mee de operationele planning en jaarkalender en hebt een signaalfunctie naar het diensthoofd.
  • Kennisdeling: je geeft waar nodig presentaties, bijvoorbeeld rond ongevallen, en ondersteunt collega's bij complexe cases.
  • Flexibele ondersteuning: wanneer nodig spring je tijdelijk bij in operationele taken om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te verzekeren.

Kortom, een afwisselende functie op het kruispunt van beleid, administratie, analyse, projecten en operationele ondersteuning.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met mobiliteit, wagenparkbeheer, administratieve processen en/of projectondersteuning.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers, data en budgetopvolging en kan gegevens analyseren en vertalen naar bruikbare informatie.
  • Je bent vlot met IT-toepassingen, databeheer en vlootbeheersystemen.
  • Je hebt interesse in mobiliteit en volgt ontwikkelingen en nieuwe trends binnen het vakgebied.
  • Je hebt interesse in de wetgeving en fiscaliteit die verband houden met mobiliteit.
