Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie binnen de automotive sector zoeken wij een Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding . Je komt terecht in een hecht team en vormt samen met een directe collega een sterke tandem. Naast jouw administratieve vaardigheden zijn teamspirit, nauwkeurigheid en een gezonde interesse in cijfers dan ook essentieel.

Jouw functie

In deze gevarieerde functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van de boekhoudafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en boeken van bankverrichtingen.
  • Verwerken van kassa’s en opvolgen van kasverschillen.
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersherinneringen.
  • Controleren en bevestigen van ontvangen betalingen voor nieuwe voertuigen.
  • Opmaken van diverse facturen.
  • Verwerken van Visa-uitgaven.
  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen.
  • Opvolgen van bestelbonnen, vaste kosten en leveranciers.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van verschillende mailboxen.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van collega’s, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Verwerken van administratieve dossiers en boekhoudkundige leads.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

Je hoeft geen ervaren accountant te zijn. We zoeken vooral een administratieve duizendpoot die graag met cijfers werkt, snel nieuwe zaken oppikt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in administratie, boekhouding of facturatie.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer deadlines naderen.
  • Je hebt een sterke controle- en kwaliteitsmindset.
  • Je werkt vlot met verschillende softwaretoepassingen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en vlot, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
  • Je helpt collega’s graag verder en denkt mee in oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kijkt verder dan je eigen takenpakket.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en kunt prioriteiten gemakkelijk verleggen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega’s ondersteunt waar nodig.
