Ben je graag met cijfers bezig, werk je nauwkeurig en zoek je zaken graag tot in detail uit? Als Administratief Medewerker Calculatie analyseer je nieuwe prijsvragen en zorg je ervoor dat alle informatie aanwezig is om tot een correcte kostprijs te komen.

Ervaring in calculatie is geen vereiste. Vooral je feeling met cijfers, analytisch inzicht en interesse in een technische omgeving zijn belangrijk.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je analyseert prijsvragen, plannen en technische informatie.
  • Je berekent hoeveelheden, gewichten en benodigde materialen.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt de verschillende voorstellen.
  • Je verwerkt alle gegevens nauwkeurig in Excel.
  • Je zoekt ontbrekende informatie uit en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers tot in de puntjes voorbereid zijn.
  • Naarmate je ervaring groeit, leer je ook werkuren en rendementen inschatten en volledige projecten calculeren.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe de calculatie slimmer en efficiënter kan, bijvoorbeeld door Excel verder te optimaliseren of nieuwe toepassingen zoals AI te gebruiken.

Je hoeft geen specifieke opleiding of ervaring als calculator te hebben. We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met cijfers werkt en energie krijgt van analyseren, vergelijken en uitzoeken.

Je:

  • bent cijfermatig en analytisch sterk;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • bent goed in rekenen en hebt oog voor details;
  • hebt technisch inzicht of interesse om dit verder te ontwikkelen;
  • kan technische plannen leren lezen en begrijpen;
  • werkt graag met Excel;
  • bent nieuwsgierig en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen;
  • neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent flexibel wanneer een deadline daarom vraagt.
