Als Administratief Medewerker Offerte-opmaak vervul je een centrale rol. Je ondersteunt het commerciële en operationele team door offertes nauwkeurig uit te werken en ervoor te zorgen dat elke aanvraag vlot wordt opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail ontvangen klanten steeds een correcte en professionele dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert de inkomende offerteaanvragen en verwerkt deze op een gestructureerde manier;
  • Opstellen van offertes en prijsvoorstellen op basis van ontvangen informatie, technische gegevens en interne richtlijnen;
  • Ontbrekende informatie verzamelen bij klanten, leveranciers of collega's;
  • Actief opvolgen van uitgestuurde offertes en zorgen voor een correcte registratie van relevante gegevens;
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van aanbestedingen en tenders en helpt mee om dossiers volledig en tijdig in te dienen;
  • Bewaken van vlotte communicatie tussen klanten, projectleiders, techniekers en andere interne afdelingen;
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en fungeert als een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt gedurende het volledige offerteproces;
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in administratieve processen en bijdragen aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de succesvolle uitwerking van projecten. Door jouw nauwkeurige aanpak, klantgerichte houding en organisatorisch talent zorg je ervoor dat offertes correct, volledig en binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines worden afgewerkt. Hierdoor ben je een onmisbare schakel tussen de klant en de interne organisatie.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve duizendpoot die gestructureerd werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, communicatie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent slaag je erin meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd op te volgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, of je kan relevante ervaring voorleggen binnen een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Interesse in techniek, bouw gerelateerde projecten of technische producten of bereid om je hierin te verdiepen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, waardoor offertes en administratieve documenten foutloos worden verwerkt;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden om verbanden te leggen en tot de juiste conclusies te komen;
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig wanneer nodig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een teamomgeving;
  • Een proactieve houding met aandacht voor efficiëntie en continue verbetering van administratieve processen;
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en blijft rustig wanneer deadlines elkaar opvolgen.
