Je bent om te beginnen de Connector (want zo noemen wij onze mensen) die bezoekers ontvangt op de manier zoals het hoort bij een echt Kempisch/Brabants familiebedrijf. Veder ben jij voor ons de persoon die ervoor zorgt dat er niks blijft liggen. Dat doe je door het overzicht te bewaren, collega's te ondersteunen en je proactieve houding. Bovenal beschik je simpelweg over typerende natuurlijke voelsprieten: met jou op de administratieve stoel schiet alles met 230 volt door de organisatie, zonder enige vorm van kortsluiting. Het afgelopen jaar zijn er door ons op het gebied van organisatie en communicatie intensieve trajecten doorlopen. Op organisatieniveau hebben we ons bedrijf verder geprofessionaliseerd en gedigitaliseerd. Ook hebben we onze organisatiestructuur aangescherpt. Op het gebied van communicatie hebben we het 'merk' Markhorst opnieuw gepositioneerd en volledig laten rebranden. We zijn al 38 jaar 'oud', maar voor de buitenwereld staat er aan het begin van 2021 een compleet 'nieuw' bedrijf. Dit in de meest positieve zin van het woord! Binnen de dynamiek van onze groeide organisatie, zijn wij voor ons bedrijfsonderdeel Beveiliging op zoek naar een administratief medewerker die uitdaging ziet en voldoening haalt uit een 'clean dashboard'. We hebben op dit vlak een prima basis gecreëerd, maar missen in de uitvoering een type zoals jij. Samenvattend: jij sluit beter aan bij Markhorst.
