Functieomschrijving Als administratief medewerker customer care krijg je de kans om elke dag het logistieke verschil te maken. Jij bent de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, het warehouse en de transporteurs. Elke order die jij verwerkt, brengt ons dichter bij tevreden klanten. Start jouw dag met energie: check de nieuwste orders, stem af met het warehouse en zorg dat alles op tijd de deur uitgaat. Geen vraag blijft onbeantwoord, geen klacht blijft liggen. Jij ziet kansen om processen te verbeteren en pakt die met beide handen aan. Multitasken? Jij doet het met een glimlach. Met jouw inzet en enthousiasme til je het team naar een hoger niveau. Je werkt minimaal 32 uur per week, maar jouw drive past perfect bij 40 uur - want logistiek stopt nooit! Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? Jij staat te popelen om aan de slag te gaan als administratief medewerker customer care. Je bent accuraat, proactief en houdt je hoofd koel als het druk is. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en communiceert helder met klanten en collega's. Jij haalt energie uit het oplossen van vragen en het optimaliseren van onze processen.
