De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Administratief Medewerker?

  • Je ondersteunt het HR-team bij loonadministratie, personeelsdossiers en het onthaal van nieuwe collega’s
  • Het controleren en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen in het CRM-systeem
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt aan de telefoon en zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal van klanten en leveranciers
  • Ondersteunen van projectmanagers bij facturatie en praktische administratie, zowel op kantoor als op externe events
  • Je beheert aankopen, organiseert het kantoorleven en houdt alle administratieve gegevens up-to-date in het CRM

Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan het management bij agendabeheer, vergaderingen en communicatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
