Voor ons team in Alkmaar zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker die de lease adviseurs en accountmanagers ondersteunt bij het verwerken van contracten, facturen en aanvragen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar precisie en overzicht zijn altijd nodig. Jij houdt het overzicht terwijl anderen het tempo bepalen. Wat ga je doen? - Leasecontracten verwerken Je zorgt dat contracten correct en volledig worden verwerkt, van het opstellen tot de definitieve ondertekening. Je checkt of alle gegevens kloppen voordat een dossier verder gaat. - Facturatie en administratie Je verwerkt facturen, houdt de financiële administratie bij en zorgt dat betalingen en kosten netjes worden vastgelegd in onze systemen. - Aanvragen en offertes ondersteunen Je helpt lease adviseurs bij het voorbereiden van aanvragen en offertes, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op het klantcontact terwijl jij de administratieve kant afhandelt. - Dossiers up-to-date houden Je zorgt dat klantdossiers compleet en actueel blijven, zodat iedereen binnen LeaseLand snel de juiste informatie kan terugvinden. - Schakelen met financiers en dealers Je onderhoudt contact met financiers en aangesloten autobedrijven over documentatie, ontbrekende gegevens en de voortgang van lopende dossiers. - Onze cultuur Je draagt bij aan de persoonlijke en georganiseerde sfeer bij LeaseLand, vanuit ons kantoor in Alkmaar.
