Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker / HR Ondersteuning voor 16 uur per week. In deze functie ondersteun je VRF bij verschillende administratieve en personeel gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat documenten, gegevens en processen op orde zijn en ondersteunt het management en de financiële administratie waar nodig. Het is een functie waarin nauwkeurigheid belangrijk is, maar waar ook ruimte is om zelf mee te denken. Zie jij dat iets slimmer, duidelijker of efficiënter kan? Dan horen we dat graag. Wat ga je doen? Algemene financiële administratie Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden binnen VRF. Hierbij kun je denken aan: • Verwerken en controleren van administratieve gegevens. • Ervaring met financiële administratie en ERP-systemen (Afas) (pré) • Ondersteunen van de financiële administratie waar nodig. • Ondersteunen bij verzekeringszaken rondom bijvoorbeeld voertuigen, materialen en het bedrijfspand. • Verwerken, archiveren en structureren van documenten. • Beantwoorden en verwerken van administratieve vragen van collega's en freelancers. • Ondersteunen bij het verbeteren en vastleggen van administratieve processen. • Incidenteel ondersteunen van directie en management bij administratieve werkzaamheden. • Inkomende telefonie HR-administratie Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de personeelsadministratie en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke HR-documentatie goed wordt bijgehouden.
