Je verwerkt aanvragen, bewaakt bestellingen en zorgt dat afspraken correct worden vastgelegd in het systeem. Dankzij jouw werk beschikken collega's op tijd over de juiste informatie en kunnen leveranciers en interne afdelingen op elkaar rekenen. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar processen duidelijk zijn ingericht en waar veel collega's al jarenlang met plezier werken. Een functie voor iemand die graag overzicht houdt en voldoening haalt uit werk dat simpelweg goed geregeld is. Wat zij jou bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.200 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Een functie voor 36 tot 40 uur per week; - 37 vrije dagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband, inclusief 12 ADV-dagen; - De mogelijkheid om na een vaste aanstelling één dag per week thuis te werken; - Een betrokken team waar collega's elkaar gemakkelijk weten te vinden; - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Wat ga jij doen Als Administratief Medewerker Inkoop ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de inkoopafdeling. Je verwerkt gegevens in het ERP-systeem, controleert de voortgang van bestellingen en zoekt uit waar knelpunten ontstaan wanneer een levering, order of factuur niet aansluit. Je werkt voor zowel de handels- als productieactiviteiten van het bedrijf. Daarbij heb je dagelijks contact met leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder het magazijn, de technische dienst en customer service.
