Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie nauwkeurig wordt verwerkt, facilitaire zaken goed geregeld zijn en collega's kunnen rekenen op jouw ondersteuning. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak verlopen dagelijkse processen soepel en blijft de organisatie optimaal functioneren. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende administratieve en facilitaire werkzaamheden en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en externe partijen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Ondersteunen bij factuurverwerking, inkooporders, declaraties en leveranciersadministratie - Coördineren van facilitaire zaken zoals onderhoud, reparaties, kantoorbenodigdheden en externe diensten - Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers - Bewaken van afspraken, contracten en onderhoudsplanningen - Beheer van de administratie rondom het wagenpark - Ondersteunen van collega's bij administratieve en organisatorische vraagstukken - Ondersteunen bij veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en compliance-gerelateerde administratieve werkzaamheden

Kortom: jij bent degene die niet alleen registreert wat er moet gebeuren, maar er ook voor zorgt dat het daadwerkelijk geregeld wordt.

Het gaat om een fulltime (40 uur) functie. Je werkt maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur.
