Dit bedrijf biedt supply chain-oplossingen, lucht- en zeevracht, warehousing, pakketbeheer en technisch transport. Als administratief medewerker logistiek werk je in een informele sfeer waar veel ruimte is om mee te denken en jezelf te ontwikkelen. In deze functie werk je bij een internationale logistieke organisatie, krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jij zorgt dat alle administratieve processen tussen klant, warehouse en planning soepel verlopen en hebt direct invloed op het succes van de logistieke operatie. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf waar jouw ideeën en inzet gewaardeerd worden en waar ruimte is om te groeien. Over de functie Als administratief medewerker logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van orders, organiseren van transporten en bijhouden van de voorraadadministratie. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en werkt nauw samen met planning en warehouse om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Je verwerkt administratie in WICS en checkt dagelijks of alles klopt. Werktijden zijn van 07:30-16:00 of 08:30-17:00. Jij houdt van afwisseling, schakelt snel en zorgt dat je collega's altijd op je kunnen rekenen.
