Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren administratief medewerker die instaat voor een correcte en vlotte opvolging van de administratie binnen de landbouwsector. Je verwerkt, boekt en volgt facturen nauwgezet op. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct coderen van boekhoudkundige documenten en het beheren van diverse administratieve taken eigen aan de landbouwsector. Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en ordelijk verloopt.

📌 Jouw takenpakket

  • Verwerken, boeken en opvolgen van facturen
  • Coderen en controleren van boekhoudkundige documenten
  • Opvolgen van landbouwspecifieke administratie (zoals mestbankdocumenten, VLIF-dossiers, leveringsbonnen en teeltregistraties)
  • Administratie up-to-date houden en dossiers correct opvolgen
  • Communicatie met collega’s rond openstaande en lopende dossiers

🌱 Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Je start met het verwerken van inkomende facturen en controleert meteen of alle landbouwspecifieke documenten correct en volledig zijn. Doorheen de dag zorg je ervoor dat de administratie foutloos en gestructureerd verloopt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan rekenen op een collegiaal team dat je ondersteunt waar nodig.

  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar
  • Je hebt ervaring in administratie en facturatie
  • Ervaring in landbouwadministratie is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en functioneert goed in team

  • Je kan vlot en nauwkeurig werken met sector- specifieke administratie
  • Je hebt ervaring met het verwerken van facturen en boekhoudkundige documenten
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een teamspeler
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent discreet en kan goed plannen en organiseren
