The posting

Als administratief medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je samen met het administratief team voor een vlotte verwerking van de administratie. Je verwerkt orderbevestigingen, volgt bestellingen op en informeert klanten over de status. Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers en fabrikanten, ook bij vragen of vertragingen.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag behandel je inkomende telefoons, help je klanten verder en werk je afwisselend aan de kassa of omruilbalie. Tijdens drukke momenten of in het weekend ondersteun je het verkoopteam. Je staat klanten vriendelijk en diplomatisch te woord, ook wanneer het even drukker is.

  • Je hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2), bij voorkeur in een administratieve of talenrichting. Een bachelor is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans. Een goede kennis van Frans is essentieel voor deze functie. Kennis van Engels is een troef.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je neemt initiatief en weet op een diplomatische manier met klanten om te gaan.
  • Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig en sociaal.
  • Je bent bereid om één op twee weekends en feestdagen te werken, met een vaste vrije dag op dinsdag.
