Wij zijn op zoek naar: Administratief Medewerker Operations Bij GolfJoy Europe werken we dagelijks aan het leveren van golfsimulatoren voor golfers en partners in heel Europa. Als Administratief Medewerker Operations ben jij de stille kracht achter onze dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Je houdt de administratieve processen nauwkeurig bij, zet orders om in acties en zorgt ervoor dat facturen, voorraden en klantabonnementen altijd kloppen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Facturatie van klanten en partners: correct en tijdig verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen. - Abonnementenbeheer: bijhouden en beheren van klantabonnementen. - Nauwkeurig invoeren en beheren van gegevens in het ERP-systeem. Kennis van Business Central is een pre. - Wekelijkse voorraadupdates: de voorraadregistratie actueel houden. - Orderbevestigingen: verzenden en archiveren van bevestigingen naar klanten en partners. - Verzenden van picklijsten naar Logistics: tijdige doorzending zodat orders correct worden uitgepikt en verzonden. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Jouw profiel - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve binnendienstfunctie binnen een commerciële (handels)omgeving. - Je bent communicatief vaardig en hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
