Ben jij sterk in plannen, organiseren en klantencontact? Voor een innovatieve speler in de energiesector zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker Planning & Dienst-na-Verkoop.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, plan je interventies in en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van dossiers. Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en interne diensten en draagt dagelijks bij aan een uitstekende service.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Telefonische en schriftelijke vragen van klanten beantwoorden en opvolgen;
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen rond zonnepanelen, batterijen, laadpalen, warmtepompen, airco's en omvormers;
  • Technische vragen analyseren en indien nodig doorverwijzen naar de juiste collega;
  • Interventies en afspraken van techniekers plannen en opvolgen;
  • Techniekers administratief en digitaal ondersteunen tijdens hun opdrachten;
  • Klantendossiers correct verwerken en up-to-date houden;
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van planning, logistiek en techniek;
  • Prioriteiten stellen en de dagelijkse planning mee in goede banen leiden;
  • Knelpunten signaleren en actief meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en houdt van structuur;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten en collega's;
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of interesse om je hierin verder te verdiepen;
  • Je leert snel werken met nieuwe software en digitale systemen;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, proactief en denkt graag mee;
  • Je blijft rustig en overzicht bewaren wanneer het druk wordt;
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt geen strikte 9-tot-5-mentaliteit;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
