Werk parttime in een afwisselende functie met extra vrije dagen! Over het werk Als administratief medewerker projecten ben jij de spil binnen het projectteam. Je ondersteunt de projectleiders proactief bij hun administratieve werkzaamheden, zodat de projecten soepel verlopen. In deze parttime functie (20-32 uur per week) werk je in een hecht team waar jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan het succes van internationale projecten. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen, waarbij er ruimte is voor trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. De functie is voor bepaalde tijd, met uitzicht op verlenging bij goed functioneren. Je werkt aan diverse administratieve taken en je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid voor eigen inbreng en verbeteringen. Je start je werkdag met een kop koffie en het openen van je laptop. Als administratief medewerker projecten check je welke documentatie verzameld moet worden voor de installatie bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je stemt af met de projectleider over specifieke eisen en ondersteunt hen bij het op orde houden van alle benodigde administratieve processen. Je schakelt met de inkoopafdeling over certificaten en vraagt bij de tekenaar na of de technische tekeningen compleet zijn. Na een gezamenlijke lunch met collega's scan je documenten in en zorg je dat de bedieningsvoorschriften en andere projectmappen volledig zijn.
