Voor onze klant, een specialist in de distributie en het beheer van technische materialen en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Spare Parts.

Ben jij administratief sterk, klantgericht en heb je technische ervaring? Hou je ervan om dossiers op te volgen, oplossingen te zoeken en ervoor te zorgen dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Jouw functie

Als Administratief Medewerker Spare Parts & Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve beheer van wisselstukken en de ondersteuning van technische projecten. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, techniekers en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen tijdig besteld, opgevolgd en geleverd worden.

Jouw taken

  • Beheren en opvolgen van aankooporders.
  • Bestellen van onderdelen op vraag van klanten en techniekers.
  • Beheer van technische documentatie, stuklijsten (BOM's) en artikelgegevens.
  • Opvolgen van voorraden en herbevoorrading.
  • Registreren en verwerken van voorraad- en magazijnbewegingen in SAP.
  • Organiseren van transporten en logistieke ondersteuning.
  • Dagelijks contact met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder Franstalige klanten.
  • Ondersteunen van technische projecten met de juiste onderdelen en documentatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief.
  • Oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig.
  • Technische kennis.
  • Ervaring met of sterke interesse in SAP.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel, Outlook en Word.
  • Vlot overweg met digitale systemen en databanken.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • In staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen en prioriteiten te stellen.
