Je ondersteunt de winkels en de Facility Manager bij uiteenlopende meldingen, werkzaamheden en administratieve taken.

Winkelondersteuning & service

Ø Je neemt telefonisch meldingen vanuit de winkels aan en registreert deze in het systeem.

Ø Je vraagt goed door om helder te krijgen wat er aan de hand is.

Ø Je bepaalt welke vervolgstap nodig is en schakelt de juiste monteur, leverancier of externe partij in.

Ø Je plant afspraken en verwerkt deze administratief.

Ø Je bewaakt de voortgang van openstaande meldingen en acties.

Ø Je onderhoudt contact met winkels, monteurs en leveranciers.

Ø Je informeert winkels over de voortgang en gemaakte afspraken.

Ø Je controleert of werkzaamheden daadwerkelijk zijn uitgevoerd.

Ø Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afsluiting van meldingen.

Administratieve ondersteuning & Facility

Ø Je verwerkt meldingen, acties, afspraken en werkzaamheden in de systemen.

Ø Je houdt dossiers, overzichten en openstaande acties actueel.

Ø Je verwerkt, controleert en archiveert contracten en documenten.

Ø Je legt uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, afspraken en oplossingen zorgvuldig vast.

Ø Je verzamelt en verwerkt informatie voor de Facility Manager.

Ø Je controleert gegevens op volledigheid en juistheid.

Ø Je werkt volgens bestaande procedures en werkinstructies.

Belangrijk: je hoeft technische problemen niet zelf op te lossen. Jouw kracht zit in het goed uitvragen van een melding, de juiste actie uitzetten en ervoor zorgen dat deze wordt opgevolgd.

Wij zoeken iemand die graag zaken regelt, structuur aanbrengt en overzicht houdt.

Ø Ervaring in een administratieve, binnendienst-, customer service- of supportfunctie.

Ø Goede administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.

Ø Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

Ø Je bent digitaal vaardig en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen.

Ø Goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel.

Ø Je kunt meerdere openstaande acties tegelijkertijd bewaken.

Ø Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt telefonisch contact prettig.

Ø Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.

Ø Je kunt goed luisteren en informatie duidelijk en correct vastleggen.

Talen: een goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels is belangrijk. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie pré.

Ervaring binnen retail, onderhoud of facility is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Ook technische kennis is niet nodig. Belangrijker is dat jij snel begrijpt wat er moet gebeuren, de juiste mensen inschakelt en zorgt dat zaken worden opgevolgd.
