Share Zorg dat alles rondom transport op rolletjes loopt Op onze transportafdeling gebeurt veel tegelijk. Vrachtwagens vertrekken, leveringen worden gepland en informatie moet kloppen. Als administratief medewerker op deze afdeling ondersteun je de transportspecialisten en zorg je dat documenten, opdrachten en gegevens op orde zijn. Dankzij jou loopt het proces achter de schermen soepel door én weten collega's en transporteurs waar ze aan toe zijn. Jouw rol als administratief medewerker Transport In deze functie ondersteun je de transportafdeling met administratieve werkzaamheden. Je zorgt dat alles rondom transport goed vastgelegd en verwerkt wordt. Je schakelt met transporteurs en collega's en zorgt dat informatie compleet en op tijd beschikbaar is. Wat je onder andere gaat doen: - Opstellen en versturen van transportopdrachten. - Verwerken en controleren van transportdocumenten. - Opvragen en delen van informatie met transporteurs. - Opstellen en afhandelen van transportclaims. - Controleren en verwerken van transportfacturen. - Zorgen dat gegevens in systemen compleet en juist zijn. Jij brengt mee Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor details en vindt het belangrijk dat dingen kloppen. Je bent een goede planner en weet ook op drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Je schakelt makkelijk met collega's en externe partijen. Wat wij belangrijk vinden: - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Je hebt basiskennis van Microsoft Office (zoals Excel). - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
