Een goed en duidelijk verzuimproces is daarbij essentieel. Daarom zoeken wij een Administratief Medewerker Verzuim die onze casemanager ondersteunt en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen klopt. Ben jij nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en werk je graag met structuur? Dan is dit jouw kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen onze HR-afdeling. Wat ga je doen? Als Administratief Medewerker Verzuim ben jij de stabiele factor binnen het verzuimproces. Jij zorgt dat dossiers volledig zijn, termijnen worden bewaakt en communicatie helder verloopt. Dankzij jou kunnen de casemanager, medewerkers en opdrachtgevers rekenen op een soepel en correct proces. Concreet horen de volgende taken bij jouw rol: 1. Administratie en dossieropbouw - Verwerken van verzuimmeldingen in het systeem (zoals Plan4Flex). - Opbouwen en bijhouden van complete verzuimdossiers volgens de Wet verbetering Poortwachter. - Uploaden, controleren en klaarzetten van documenten voor bedrijfsarts, medewerker en opdrachtgever. - Opstellen en versturen van brieven en bevestigingen. - Bewaken van wettelijke termijnen en tijdig doorzetten van acties. 2. Ondersteuning van de casemanager - Maken van duidelijke overzichten van dossiers, acties en deadlines. - Voorbereiden van documenten voor gesprekken en overleggen. - Verwerken van notities in het systeem. - Inplannen van afspraken met de bedrijfsarts en andere betrokken partijen. 3. Communicatie - Vriendelijk en professioneel te woord staan van medewerkers en opdrachtgevers via mail en telefoon. - Beantwoorden van eenvoudige vragen en doorzetten van complexere vragen. - Versturen van tijdige updates over lopende dossier...
