Je gaat aan de slag bij diverse opdrachtgevers in uiteenlopende sectoren. Denk aan een familiair productiebedrijf, een innovatieve startup die race simulatorpedalen ontwikkelt, of een organisatie die zich inzet voor duurzame energie. Ook werken bij een vastgoedkantoor of laboratorium dat bodemmonsters analyseert behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Jij kiest een werkomgeving die bij jou past! Je bent onderdeel van een gemotiveerd team, maar voert je werkzaamheden grotendeels zelfstandig uit. Afwisseling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling staan centraal. Wat ga je doen als administratief medewerker? • Je start de dag met een kop koffie of thee en begroet je collega's. • Je checkt je e-mails en verwerkt data zorgvuldig in de juiste systemen. • Je staat klanten vriendelijk te woord, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail. • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook op drukke dagen, en werkt nauwkeurig. • Je zorgt voor een schone en georganiseerde werkplek aan het einde van je dag. • En niet te vergeten: jouw humor wordt gewaardeerd, ook tussen de bedrijven door! Wat breng jij mee? • Minimaal (V)MBO werk- en denkniveau; • Ervaring met administratieve taken en/of klantenservice is een pré; • Kennis van de Duitse en/of Engelse taal is mooi meegenomen; • Je bent accuraat en klantgericht; • Je voelt je thuis in een klein, hecht team; • Je bent collegiaal en hebt een proactieve werkhouding.
