De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als administratief planner in Houthulst?

  • Een efficiënte dagplanning opmaken en ervoor zorgen dat de verschillende opdrachten vlot op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Dagelijks afstemmen met de chauffeurs en hen informeren over hun planning en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Transportopdrachten opvolgen en snel bijsturen wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • De prestaties van chauffeurs controleren en correct registreren.
  • Gegevens rond uitgevoerde opdrachten administratief verwerken, zoals ophalingen, leveringen en gewichten.
  • De nodige informatie voorbereiden voor een correcte facturatie.
