Ben je administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig, hou je ervan om alles organisatorisch in goede banen te leiden en kleinschalige aankoopprocedures te beheren? Wil je mee de verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de administratieve en logistieke organisatie van onze technische uitvoerende diensten en het gemeentemagazijn?

Wat houdt het werk in?

  • Je staat in voor het administratief beheer van het gemeentemagazijn en ondersteunt de technische uitvoerende diensten.
  • Je verwerkt en registreert inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen.
  • Je beheert aankoopprocedures met beperkte waarde, je vraagt offertes op en vergelijkt de binnengekomen offertes op basis van prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijn, je kan onderhandelingen voeren om de beste prijs-kwaliteit te waarborgen en je plaatst bestellingen; je doet dit in overeenstemming met de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten en de interne procedures.
  • Je volgt bestelbonnen, leveringsbonnen en facturen op.
  • Je houdt de voorraadgegevens correct bij en signaleert tekorten.
  • Je ontvangt leveranciers en bezoekers en registreert meldingen.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers voor de opvolging van bestellingen en leveringen;
  • Je bemant de administratieve backoffice van de technische site en bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor operationele medewerkers.
  • Je ondersteunt de algemene werking van het gemeentemagazijn en volgt veiligheids- en onderhoudsadministratie mee op.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs;
  • Basiskennis van administratieve processen;
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en Outlook);
  • Affiniteit met logistieke processen en voorraadbeheer;
  • Kennis van magazijnwerking of overheidsopdrachten en een rijbewijs B zijn een pluspunt.
