Jobomschrijving

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van de voorraad verpakkingsmaterialen om continuïteit in de productie te garanderen.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van aankoop- en bevoorradingsplanningen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met leveranciers om leveringen tijdig en correct te laten verlopen.
  • Identificeren en anticiperen op mogelijke risico's binnen de supply chain.
  • Analyseren van voorraadgegevens, forecasts en verbruiksrapporten.
  • Coördineren van verpakkingswijzigingen, introducties van nieuwe producten en fase-outs.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor productie, aankoop, logistiek en externe leveranciers.
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten binnen de supply chain.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's rond voorraadbeheer, servicegraad en leverperformance.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Heeft ervaring binnen supply chain planning, materiaalplanning of logistieke coördinatie.
  • Schoolverlaters zijn welkom!
  • Is analytisch en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Communiceert vlot met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van ERP-systemen en MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel.
  • Spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan professioneel communiceren in het Engels.
  • Heeft een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt oplossingsgericht.
