Ben jij al altijd gebeten door de interieurmicrobe? Houd je van structuur, cijfers en overzicht? En combineer je een scherp oog voor detail met een flinke dosis organisatietalent? Dan is deze uitdaging in de wereld van high-end interieurafwerking echt iets voor jou!

Als administratief/technisch medewerker krijg je de kans om een échte steunpilaar te worden die onze groei maximaal begeleidt. Je bent het luisterend oor en de administratieve/technische back-up voor onze project- en werfleiders.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Plannen & Structureren (Hoofdtaak): Je bewaakt deadlines, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat de projectplanning vlot verloopt.
  • Technisch Tekenwerk: Je leest en interpreteert meetstaten, plannen en technische tekeningen. Je werkt en tekent hierbij actief in programma's zoals AutoCAD.
  • Aankoopondersteuning: Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers, vergelijkt ze kritisch en clustert ze in overzichtelijke projectdossiers.
  • Projectopvolging: Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en de productieverantwoordelijke.
  • As-Built dossiers: Je ondersteunt bij de finale oplevering (deurlijsten opmaken, technische fiches verzamelen, etc.).

Wij vertrouwen op jouw frisse blik en je "yes we can" mentaliteit! Je past perfect in ons team als je jezelf herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een hogere technisch gerichte opleiding (gevolgd of lopende), bijvoorbeeld in de Houttechnologie of Industriële Wetenschappen. Relevante ervaring in de bouw- of interieursector is een grote meerwaarde.
  • Skills: Je kunt vlot werken met AutoCAD. Stiptheid, nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent typeren jou helemaal.
  • Taal: Je spreekt en begrijpt perfect Nederlands.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een echte teamplayer die trots is op wat hij/zij aflevert. Je bent flexibel en hebt de absolute goesting om nieuwe taken aan te leren. Samenwerken gaat je vlot af, maar je kunt evengoed zelfstandig en efficiënt je eigen werk organiseren.
