Functieomschrijving: Als administratief transport coördinator in Haarlem ben je de onmisbare schakel in de dagelijkse operatie. Jouw werkdag start vroeg in de ochtend, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor een sluitende planning. Je vormt een hecht collectief met vijftien collega's en de transportmanager om alle depotwerkzaamheden soepel te laten verlopen.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs die vertrekken of terugkeren van hun route. Hierbij voer je gesprekken, bied je ondersteuning bij uitdagingen en houd je toezicht op de uitstraling en uniformiteit van de bezorgers. Daarnaast beheer je het contact met klanten en extern
