* Struktur & Genauigkeit: Du arbeitest sauber, organisiert und verlierst nie den Überblick

* Zahlenverständnis: Du hast ein gutes Gefühl für Zahlen und buchhalterische Abläufe

* Systemaffinität: Du arbeitest dich schnell in Tools ein (z. B. ERP, Notion, digitale Ablagen)

* Eigenständige Arbeitsweise: Du siehst Aufgaben und setzt sie zuverlässig um

* Verlässlichkeit & Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Auf dich kann man sich zu 100 % verlassen

* Klare Kommunikation: Du arbeitest strukturiert im Team und bringst Themen sauber voran

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Buchhaltung Vorbereitung: Du sammelst, prüfst und strukturierst Eingangsrechnungen (Post & digital), bereitest diese für den/die Steuerberater_in auf und sorgst für eine saubere Ablage

* Zahlungsverkehr: Du bereitest Überweisungen im System vor - Freigabe erfolgt durch die Geschäftsführung

* Interne Verrechnungen: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Strukturierung von Rechnungen zwischen unseren Firmen

* Operations & Prozesse: Du bringst Ordnung in Abläufe, pflegst und erstellst SOPs (z. B. in Notion) und sorgst für klare Strukturen im Alltag

* ERP & Datenpflege: Du arbeitest im ERP-System, hältst Daten sauber und erkennst Unstimmigkeiten

* Kund_innensupport (schriftlich): Du beantwortest Kund_innenanfragen per E-Mail, Chat und WhatsApp - klar, freundlich und lösungsorientiert

* Office & Einkauf Unterstützung: Du unterstützt im operativen Alltag, z. B. beim Abgleich von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
