Descripción: Empresa ubicada en San Juan de Mozarrifar y dedicada al montaje e instalación de sistemas de telecomunicaciones en el ámbito sanitario, en toda España. Requisitos: Formación profesional GM/GS de administración y/o contabilidad, cursos relacionados Experiencia Carnet de conducir B y vehículo para acceder al puesto de trabajo. Informática, manejo de Office y de las herramientas como el ERP Funciones: 1. Gestión de los desplazamientos de los empleados, alojamientos, trenes, coches de alquiler, aviones, etc buscando siempre la mejor oferta, haciendo un breve estudio de mercado 2. Control de los gastos, revisar que los tickets están bien en Factorial, ver si corresponden o no, revisar el extracto bancario de la tarjeta de empresa, volcar la información al ERP, etc . 3. Contabilidad básica, dar de alta a proveedores en el ERP, seguimiento de incidencias en los pedidos de compra/venta 4. Coordinación y constante comunicación con resto de administración y la gestoría Condiciones: Contrato indefinido a jornada completa en horario de 8:00h a 16:00 h de lunes a jueves y los viernes de 08:00 hasta las 15:00 h.
