Voor een organisatie met bekende consumentenmerken, verschillende productie- en bedrijfslocaties en een sterke focus op ondernemerschap, vakmanschap en duurzaamheid zoeken wij een ervaren Corporate Recruiter. Binnen de productieorganisatie staat een flinke opschaling gepland. Eén van de productielijnen breidt uit van een 3-ploegendienst naar een 5-ploegendienst, waardoor in korte tijd een aanzienlijke groep nieuwe collega's moet worden geworven. Jij krijgt een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van deze groei en versterkt hiervoor tijdelijk het bestaande recruitmentteam. Je komt via Independent Recruiters Flex in dienst op een tijdelijk contract en gaat aan de slag in de omgeving van Eindhoven. Krijg jij energie van een stevige recruitmentuitdaging binnen Operations? Dan komen we graag met je in contact! Als Corporate Recruiter richt jij je voornamelijk op het aantrekken van nieuwe collega's binnen het Operations-domein. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces en werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en het bestaande recruitmentteam. Je gaat via Independent Recruiters Flex aan de slag op basis van een tijdelijk dienstverband.
