Als Adviserend Verzorgende IG ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen Bosman. Je bent vaak het eerste contact voor klanten en helpt hen met passende ondersteuning en advies rondom hun zorgvraag. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een persoonlijke aanpak, zodat iedere klant of zorgverlener zich gehoord, begrepen en goed geholpen voelt. Over de functie Dagelijks heb je telefonisch contact met onze klanten. Je luistert aandachtig naar hun zorgvraag en brengt hun situatie zorgvuldig in kaart tijdens een uitgebreide intake. Op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring geef je passend advies en help je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste hulpmiddelen en ondersteuning. Je voert gesprekken waarin je actief meedenkt, de juiste vragen stelt en klanten geruststelt. Daarbij geef je uitleg over het gebruik van medische hulpmiddelen en zorg je ervoor dat klanten en collega's beschikken over de juiste informatie. Wanneer je te maken krijgt met complexere zorgvragen, schakel je met een Adviserend Verpleegkundige of andere deskundige collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedere klant de best mogelijke ondersteuning ontvangt. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een optimale bereikbaarheid van onze klantenservice. Je werkt volgens de geldende werkinstructies, denkt mee over procesverbeteringen en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen door middel van scholing en training. Wat vragen wij van jou - Een afgeronde opleiding Verzorgende IG (MBO niveau 3). - Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar recente werkervaring als Verzorgende IG. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Ervaring met MS Office. - Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Navision is een pré.
