Als Adviseur beheer openbare ruimte wegen werk je aan slimme onderhoudsstrategieën en duurzame oplossingen. Je combineert veldwerk met advies en maakt direct impact op infrastructuur. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur beheer openbare ruimte wegen werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan het beheer en onderhoud van infrastructuur met focus op asfalt en wegverhardingen. Je voert inspecties uit volgens CROW-richtlijnen en analyseert de technische staat van wegen. Op basis van deze data stel je onderhoudsadviezen op en vertaal je dit naar meerjarenonderhoudsplanningen (MJOP). Je beoordeelt schades, brengt risico's in kaart en adviseert over herstelmaatregelen en optimalisaties binnen assetmanagement. Je schakelt tussen binnen- en buitenwerk, waardoor je regelmatig op locatie bent voor inspecties en metingen. Daarnaast werk je aan technische rapportages, kostenramingen en onderhoudsstrategieën. Je levert input voor RAW-bestekken en UAV-gc contracten en denkt mee in tendertrajecten. Door jouw kennis van assetmanagement en wegenbeheer lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan duurzame en toekomstbestendige infrastructuur. Binnen deze rol krijg je de ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in assetmanagement en door te groeien richting senior adviseur of projectleider.
