Je ontvangt aannemers, zzp'ers en andere professionals, luistert naar hun wensen en denkt mee over de beste oplossingen. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak verlaten klanten tevreden de bouwshop en komen zij graag terug. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klantadvies en verkoop: je helpt klanten bij het selecteren van de juiste bouwmaterialen en geeft passend advies over toepassingen en producten. - Orderverwerking: je stelt offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. - Voorraadbeheer en winkelpresentatie: je vult schappen aan, verwerkt binnenkomende goederen en zorgt voor een verzorgde en overzichtelijke bouwshop. - Samenwerking: je werkt nauw samen met collega's om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen en een uitstekende service te bieden. - Oplossingsgericht werken: je denkt actief mee bij vragen of uitdagingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel verder kunnen met hun werkzaamheden. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.608 en € 2.977 op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. - Uitzicht op een vast contract. - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. - 37 vrije dagen per jaar (25 vakantiedagen en 12 ATV-dagen). - 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te betalen. - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km tot 25 km enkele reis. - Aantrekkelijke medewerkerskorting op bouwmaterialen. - Mogelijkheden voor trainingen, opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Bij Start People belonen wij volgens het principe van geli...
