Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als onze adviseur Stakeholdermanagement. Wat ga je doen Het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties staat centraal in jouw rol als Adviseur Stakeholdermanagement. In ons werkgebied zijn veel partijen betrokken bij waterbeheer. Gemeenten, brancheorganisaties, natuurverenigingen, landbouworganisaties, maar ook inwoners: allemaal hebben zij hun eigen belangen, wensen en verwachtingen rondom water. Je brengt met stakeholderanalyses in beeld welke partijen betrokken zijn en welke belangen er leven. En hoe deze zich tot elkaar verhouden. Je bereidt samen met je senior collega's uit het team en met collega's van de beleidsafdelingen gesprekken met stakeholders voor. Ook vertegenwoordig je de organisatie regelmatig in overleggen en bijeenkomsten. Niet alleen buiten, maar ook binnen onze eigen organisatie verbind je mensen en belangen, zodat kennis, inzichten en samenwerking samenkomen. Over het team Je komt te werken binnen het team Omgeving & Relaties dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het concern Omgeving & Dienstverlening. Samen met circa 100 collega's werken we dagelijks aan een uitstekende dienstverlening voor inwoners, bedrijven en samenwerkingspartners. Binnen het team Omgeving en Relaties werken ongeveer 20 professionals op het gebied van Public Affairs, Stakeholdermanagement, Omgevingsadvies en Bestuursrechtelijk Advies. Je werkt nauw samen met de strategisch adviseurs Stakeholdermanagement en Public Affairs en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het versterken en onderhouden van relaties met onze omgeving en stakeholders.
