NL Adviseur capaciteitsmanagement (4FTE) Locatie: Rotterdam , Zuid-Holland Salaris: Richttarief 80 EUR all-in ex BTW Job Ref: BBBH123641_1790668291 Voor onze eindklant de Politie is Harvey Nash op zoek naar Adviseur capaciteitsmanagement (4FTE) Beoogde Startdatum: 11-01-2027 (starten kan na afronding van screening) Duur: 12 maanden Aantal uren per week: 36 uur Locatie van de werkzaamheden: Rotterdam (dinsdag kantoordag) Op locatie of vanuit huis: Hybride ZZP mogelijk: NEE Functieschaal en trede: 10 Bedrijfsvoeringspecialist B Opleidingsniveau: HBO Bachelor Je hebt een diploma op HBO-niveau of je bent daaraan gelijkgesteld via EVC. Of je hebt minimaal twee jaar aantoonbare ervaring op het gevraagde werk- en denkniveau. Dit moet je aantonen met je cv, aangevuld met een officiële functiebeschrijving, vacaturetekst of ander document waarin het gevraagde werk- en denkniveau duidelijk staat vermeld. Richttarief: 80 EUR all-in ex BTW Deadline: 05-10-2026 voor 10:00 uur Opdracht /functieomschrijving Op 1 maart 2027 gaat Quintiq (het nieuw plansysteem) live en gaan de ingevulde tactische jaarplannen (TJP afgekort welke met als deadline 1 oktober 2026 zijn ingevoerd) als bron gelden voor het nieuw plansysteem. Het eerste jaar is het noodzakelijk dat de dienstdirecteuren en hun managementteam daaronder voorzien worden van advies en 1 ste lijnsondersteuning om te zorgen dat Quintiq overeenkomt met hun TJP. De formatie CMA team P&CM is daar ontoereikend voor. Urgentiebudget is hiervoor nu aangeboden om deze inhuur te kunnen betalen. De kandidaten gaan werken op de Marten Meesweg 35 te Rotterdam; kantoordagen zijn maandag(optioneel met donderdag), dinsdag (verplicht), donderdag. Overige uren zijn zelf in te bepalen. Q4 2027 is de verwachting dat deze extra inspanning op advies en ondersteuning weer afgebouwd kan worden.
