Adviseur Civiel - Inspectie - Katwijk - Amsterdam - Rotterdam - Amersfoort Ben jij een ervaren civieltechnisch adviseur met een scherpe blik voor kwaliteit en techniek? Vind je het interessant om inspecties te combineren met advisering en wil je vanaf de eerste beoordeling tot en met het uiteindelijke advies betrokken zijn bij projecten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Civiel - Inspectie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen inspectie, analyse en advies. Je voert niet alleen inspecties uit, maar kijkt vooral naar het grotere geheel: wat betekenen de bevindingen voor de opdrachtgever, het project en de verdere aanpak? Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en inhoudelijk begeleiden van advieswerkzaamheden. Je vertaalt inspectieresultaten naar concrete adviezen en oplossingen en bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit, planning en gemaakte afspraken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - voorbereiden en uitvoeren van civieltechnische inspecties; - analyseren en beoordelen van inspectieresultaten; - vertalen van bevindingen naar praktische en onderbouwde adviezen; - adviseren van opdrachtgevers over kwaliteit, onderhoud en mogelijke oplossingen; - opstellen van adviesrapportages, plannen van aanpak en begrotingen; - inschatten van werkzaamheden, capaciteit en kosten op projectniveau; - bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang; - onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - signaleren van kansen en afwijkingen en hier proactief op inspelen; - begeleiden en inhoudelijk aansturen van junior adviseurs en medewerkers. Je kijkt verder dan wat je tijdens een inspectie aantreft. Je stelt vragen, zoekt naar de oorzaak van problemen en legt verbanden tussen verschillende technische en organisatorische aspecten.
