Als Adviseur Civiele Techniek Waterbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en ondersteunen bij onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten aan waterbouwkundige constructies en beweegbare objecten, zoals bruggen, sluizen en stuwen. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair projectteam en draagt zorg voor het waarborgen van veiligheid, het specificeren van eisen aan processen en producten, en het beoordelen van producten van opdrachtnemers. Je bent betrokken bij het proces van Verificatie & Validatie en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners. Daarnaast lever je civieltechnische input en stuur je deelprojecten aan, waarbij je afstemming zoekt met andere teamleden en stakeholders. Je draagt bij aan innovatie en verbetering van werkprocessen en deelt actief je kennis binnen het team. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Goede plannings- en organisatievaardigheden. - Overtuigingskracht en gericht op samenwerking. - Ervaring met het implementeren van contractwijzigingen binnen de techniek. - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding. - Ervaring met het opstellen van vraagspecificaties, functioneel specificeren en het Verificatie & Validatie-proces. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - In het bezit van een VOL-VCA-certificaat en een GPI-certificaat, of bereid deze binnen korte tijd te behalen. - Kennis van en ervaring met instandhoudingsinspecties en het beheren van areaalgegevens van grote natte kunstwerken. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als adviseur bij onderhouds- en revisieprojecten. - Resultaatgericht, aanspreekbaar, dienstverlenend, integer, ondernemend en verbindend. - Kennis van en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met onderhoudsadvies voor waterbouwkundige constructies en/of beweegbare objecten.
