Als Adviseur Concern Control werk je aan het versterken van de interne beheersing, risicomanagement en rechtmatigheid binnen de gemeente. Je voert interne audits uit en onderzoekt of processen effectief, doelmatig en rechtmatig zijn ingericht. Je signaleert risico's, analyseert bevindingen en vertaalt deze naar praktische verbeteradviezen. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een organisatie die leert en continu verbetert. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je onder leiding van de concerncontroller nauw samen met de senior adviseur, proceseigenaren, teamleiders en de externe accountant. Je combineert een kritische blik met een constructieve houding en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Zo maak jij het verschil Het uitgangspunt voor onze gemeente is werken volgens het 'three lines of defence model'. Als Adviseur Concern Control vervul je een onafhankelijke rol binnen de derde lijn. Samen met de senior adviseur voer je interne audits uit en ondersteun je de organisatie bij het versterken van de interne beheersing.
