Voor de Gemeente Hellendoorn is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Adviseur digitale toegankelijkheid voor 16 uur per week. Dagelijks zetten we ons met elkaar in voor 36.000 inwoners die wonen in één van onze buurtschappen of kernen. Onze gemeente ligt op een bijzonder plekje in het hart van Overijssel in het prachtige decor van het Nationaal Park de Sallandse Heuvelrug en het Reggedal. Om 36.000 inwoners van dienst te kunnen zijn is onze organisatie groot genoeg om alle disciplines in huis te hebben, maar klein genoeg om wendbaar te zijn. Dit merk je in je werk; als je iets wilt regelen is er vaak maar één telefoontje nodig om de juiste collega te spreken te krijgen. Bij binnenkomst merk je al gauw dat er een informele sfeer heerst, collega's maken makkelijk een praatje. Digitale toegankelijkheid is een wettelijke verplichting voor overheidsorganisaties en een voorwaarde voor toegankelijke gemeentelijke dienstverlening. Gemeente Hellendoorn wil de digitale toegankelijkheid van haar informatie en diensten verbeteren. De gemeente wil beginnen met een goed beeld van de wettelijke verplichtingen en de huidige situatie. Daarna wil zij de verantwoordelijkheden, processen en sturing zo inrichten dat toegankelijkheid structureel wordt meegenomen bij het maken, inkopen, beheren en publiceren van digitale informatie en diensten. De opdracht raakt meerdere onderdelen van de organisatie, waaronder Communicatie, Informatievoorziening, ICT-beheer, Informatiebeheer/Archief, de Publieksbalie, Inkoop, Juridische Zaken en de vakafdelingen die digitale informatie en diensten ontwikkelen, beheren of publiceren. Doel van de opdracht De adviseur: - Brengt de voor gemeente Hellendoorn geldende wet- en regelgeving en toegankelijkheidsstandaarden in beeld; - Brengt de huidige organisatorische inrichting en beschikbare informatie over digitale kanalen in kaart; - Maakt een gap-analyse tussen de geldende verplichtingen en de huidige situatie; - Adviseert hoe d...
