Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een middelgroot, multidisciplinair adviesbureau dat zich volledig richt op vastgoedmanagement. De organisatie telt ongeveer 50 professionals en werkt voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, zoals gemeenten, onderwijsinstellingen, zorgorganisaties, woningcorporaties en partijen uit de commerciële sector. De werksfeer is informeel, professioneel en collegiaal. Samenwerken, kennisdelen en plezier in je werk staan centraal. Functie Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Duurzaamheid en Circulariteit werk je in multidisciplinaire teams aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken binnen bestaand vastgoed. Je vertaalt beleid naar praktische oplossingen en begeleidt opdrachtgevers bij het verduurzamen van hun gebouwen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en actualiseren van duurzame (C)DMJOP's; - In kaart brengen van energieprestaties en doorrekenen van verbetermaatregelen (o.a. via VABI software); - Opstellen van maatwerkadviezen en duurzaamheidsstrategieën; - Bepalen van de circulariteitsindex en adviseren over circulair materiaalgebruik; - Verzorgen van presentaties en trainingen over duurzaamheid en circulariteit; - Begeleiden van werkzaamheden zoals renovaties, onderhoud en verduurzaming; - Optreden als projectleider op diverse projecten.
