CONNETIX Logo Adviseur Krijg jij energie van civieltechnische vraagstukken waar niet direct een standaardoplossing voor bestaat? Wij zoeken een Adviseur Civiele Techniek. Jij bent iemand die verder kijkt dan het eerste antwoord en juist de juiste vragen weet te stellen. Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken, stelt aannames ter discussie, brengt risico's in kaart en vergelijkt verschillende scenario's. Zo kom je tot een onderbouwd en praktisch advies waarop projectleiders en opdrachtgevers met vertrouwen kunnen bouwen. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende integrale civieltechnische projecten in en rondom Rotterdam. Van complexe infrastructurele vraagstukken tot gebiedsontwikkelingen en herinrichtingen van de openbare ruimte. Jouw analyses en adviezen vormen de basis voor keuzes die bepalen wat slim, haalbaar, verantwoord en uitvoerbaar is. Jij duikt in het proces, de ontwerpen, ramingen, bestekken en contractstukken en haalt daar kansen en risico's uit die anderen over het hoofd zien. Je bent sparringpartner en kompas voor de projectleider, en samen zetten jullie stappen in integrale civieltechnische projecten. - Je formuleert scherp onderbouwde adviezen over aanpak, fasering en contractstrategie (inkoopplan / aanbestedingsstrategie); - Je toetst en stelt contractdocumenten op (RAW, UAV-GC); - Je signaleert risico's én oplossingen die écht werken, via gedegen risicoanalyses; - Je overlegt met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en partners; - Je analyseert en adviseert over civieltechnische plannen, tekeningen en de impact op budgetten; - Je bouwt mee aan een onderbouwd advies waar de rest van het team op kan vertrouwen.
