Dit ga je doen Als adviseur elektrotechniek speel je een belangrijke rol bij het ontwikkelen, beheren en verduurzamen van rijksgebouwen in de provincies Utrecht en Noord-Holland. Jij zorgt dat elektrotechnische installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig zijn. In deze rol ben je samen met projectleiders en collega's met expertise in bouwkunde en werktuigbouwkunde, verantwoordelijk voor de gezamenlijke uitvoering van projecten. Je werkt en denkt multidisciplinair. Je zorgt ervoor dat projectleiders en collega's de wet- en regelgeving toepassen en je adviseert over technische vraagstukken. Dit doe je veelal in samenwerking met ontwerp- en adviesbureaus. Je schakelt met aannemers over de invulling van de projecten en ziet toe op de kwaliteit. Wat deze functie interessant maakt, is de diversiteit aan vastgoed: alle facetten van elektrotechniek komen voorbij - van hoogspanning tot aarding en bliksembeveiliging. Wat houdt de functie verder in? Als adviseur elektrotechniek lever je ook een bijdrage aan het uitvoeren van onderzoek in de vorm van een VOA (vastgoed omgevingsanalyse) het opstellen van een V&G dossier of vervul je de rol als voorbereiding coördinator.
